- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
