Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Deliciously baked garlic parmesan chicken tenders that are juicy and easy to make.

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
