Ingredients

  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like chives or parsley)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart pan.
  3. Place slices of prosciutto on the pastry.
  4. Crack the eggs on top of the prosciutto.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and herbs over the eggs.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
