Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  6. Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter, then add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by more batter until each liner is full.
