  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Biscoff spread and crushed cookies.
