Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the steak tips to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add extra Cajun seasoning.
