Campbells Green Bean Casserole

A comforting twist on the classic Campbells Green Bean Casserole featuring turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh green beans
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and half of the fried onions.
  3. Mix well and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with a plant-based alternative.
  • You can add cheese for a creamier texture.
