  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the biscuit mix and milk until just combined.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish and pour the biscuit batter over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
