  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
