  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until tender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cooked spaghetti, sautéed mushrooms, chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
