  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Distribute the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
