  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  6. Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the ground cinnamon with a bit of the batter to create a swirl mixture.
  8. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Drizzle the cinnamon mixture over the batter, followed by the rest of the batter.
