Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and cut into squares to fit your baking dish.
