  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons cowboy butter
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a skillet, sear the steaks over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the carrots and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the cowboy butter to the skillet and stir until melted.
  7. Combine the cooked linguine with the butter sauce and carrots, toss to coat.
  8. Slice the steak and serve over the linguine, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the steaks in advance.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
