- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
