Creamy Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli Pasta

A delightful and comforting dish combining tender rotisserie chicken, fresh broccoli, and pasta in a creamy sauce.

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
