  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add rice to the skillet and stir for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  8. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
