- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In the CrockPot, combine chicken broth, diced chicken, and Italian seasoning.
