  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the beef with two forks and return to the pot.
  5. Serve the beef on hoagie rolls, topped with provolone cheese.
