  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked.
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the browned beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
  4. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the beef.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
