Crockpot Hamburger Potato Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that your family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until cooked through.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Layer half of the potato mixture in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add the cooked beef mixture on top, then layer the remaining potato mixture.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix in some chopped bell peppers or mushrooms.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
