- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onions and carrots, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and add potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and flour until smooth, then add to the pot.
