  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Jiffy corn muffin mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Fold in the cheddar cheese and chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
