  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the corn, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
