- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add in the corn, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine.
