  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into squares and place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, mix raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  5. Place the raspberry mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and brush with egg wash.
