Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar.
  4. Add the eggs, food coloring, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and combine well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg until creamy.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, followed by the cheesecake mixture, and then top with the remaining brownie batter.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
