Instructions

  1. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.

  4. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture gently.
  5. Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and fold until combined.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and melt butter.
  7. Using a ring mold, pour batter into the pan, cover, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden.
  8. Flip carefully, cover, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
