Golden Cheese Steak Tortellini Casserole

A creamy and cheesy tortellini casserole loaded with steak and flavors, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 1 pound beef steak, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, beef broth, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Combine the cooked tortellini, steak mixture, and cheese sauce.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mixture.
  • Feel free to use other types of cheese.
