Grilled Cheese Burrito

A delicious and indulgent take on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, wrapped in a burrito.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
  3. Add half of the bacon on top of the cheese.
  4. Top with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice in half and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add jalapeños or other toppings of your choice.
  • If you prefer, use a different type of cheese or add more fillings.
