- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
- Add half of the bacon on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add jalapeños or other toppings of your choice.
- If you prefer, use a different type of cheese or add more fillings.
