- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream

- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
