  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat and add the orzo, tomato sauce, and garlic and onion powders.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer until the orzo is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
