  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the oats, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
