- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the oats, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until well combined.
