These Delicious High Protein Egg White Bites are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack, packed with turkey bacon and nutritious veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 egg whites
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add in the chopped turkey bacon, spinach, bell pepper, and onion, mixing well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
