  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, potatoes, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
