  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Add milk to the mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out, then cut into rounds.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
