  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly after each addition.
  7. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  10. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
