  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sliced chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red bell pepper, stir-frying until softened.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham and cooked rice noodles, tossing to combine.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well. Adjust seasoning with chili flakes if desired.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
