A delicious and satisfying low-carb meal that combines the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak using turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and cooked vegetables.
  5. Spread a layer of the mixture onto each slice of turkey bacon and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
