1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour. During the last 10 minutes, top with mashed potatoes and cheese, then return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
