  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fill muffin tins with the batter.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto muffin batter.
  7. Swirl the cream cheese mixture with a toothpick for a marble effect.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
