- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
- Spread the pumpkin puree over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
