Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
  4. Spread the pumpkin puree over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon on top before serving.
  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
