A delicious and easy sheet pan recipe that combines broccoli and tortellini for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli and tortellini.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings, and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
