  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  5. Stir until well combined.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
