2 pounds beef chuck roast
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups potatoes, diced
Instructions
Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef to the skillet and sear it on all sides for about 2-3 minutes per side.
