  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add olive oil, then place chicken thighs at the bottom.

  3. Sprinkle lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper on top.
