Strawberry Earthquake Cake

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
