- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
