  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rounds.
  3. Place the pastry rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
